An Emergency Message only displays in the Alarm.com app during instances when there may be a severe weather event in your area.

An Emergency Message only displays in the Alarm.com app during instances when there may be a severe weather event in your area.

To view the Emergency Message on the Alarm.com app:

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. In Emergency Event Message in the Top Recommendations card, tap Learn More.
3. This opens the Emergency Message page. For further questions, contact your service provider at their provided phone number.
