Turn off a video device's IR LEDs and night vision

Video device infrared LEDs can be disabled remotely at any time.

Procedure
To turn off the video device's IR LEDs
Note: If the video device does not have any IR LEDs, this option will not appear.
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Select the desired video device.
- Click Video.
In Live Video Settings, click Image Settings.
In Advanced Image Settings, click the Infrared LEDs toggle switch to configure the setting as desired.
- Click Save.
To disable night vision
Note: The ability to disable night vision is not supported for some cameras.
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Select the desired video device.
- Click Video.
In Live Video Settings, click Image Settings.
In Advanced Image Settings, click the Night Vision toggle switch to configure the setting as desired.
