Overview

Garage doors can be opened or closed from the website or the app.

Procedure

To open or close a garage door using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to Alarm.com app.
2. Tap Garage Doors.
3. Tap Open to open the garage door.
4. Tap Close to close the garage door.
5. Tap Send to confirm your command.

To open or close a garage door using GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).

On the garage card, click [Garage Open] or [Garage Closed].

1. Click Open or Close.
