View group Locations

This operational reference is organized for GoSafer Security customers and staff. Alarm.com product names are retained where required for technical accuracy.

Overview

You can view and sort all locations in a group by security or thermostat status.

Procedure

To view group locations

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Locations.

Use the filters to filter locations by status or condition.

1. Enter a search term in the Search field to search locations by name.
2. Click Summary to view the business status of each location.
3. Click Thermostats to view the thermostat status of each location.
4. Click Temperatures to view the temperature status of each location.
5. Click Video to view the video status of each location.
