Procedure

To edit a Geo-Device using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [Menu].
3. Tap App Settings.
4. Tap Device Name.
5. Enter the desired name for the mobile device.

To edit a Geo-Device using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Places.

In Manage Devices, click the name of the Geo-Device to be edited.

In the Edit Device Name field, enter the desired name for the Geo-Device.

1. Click Save.
