Remotely change Qolsys IQ Panel 2 settings

Change some of your panel settings using the app including beeps, chimes, and speaker volume.

Procedure

Compatible panel settings can be changed using the Alarm.com app. 

Note: If these options are not available, contact your service provider for more information.

To change panel settings: 

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Security System.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap the setting to be configured.
  5. Tap the desired value.
  6. Tap Save.

Compatible panel settings:

Setting name  Setting options Description
Sound Settings  Chimes
  • All Chimes: Master setting for chimes
  • Sensor Chimes: Turn sensor chimes on/off
  • Panel Chimes: Turn panel chimes on/off
  • Safety Sensor Chimes: Turn safety sensor chimes on/off
Sound Settings  Voice 
  • All Voice Prompts: Master setting for voice prompts
  • Sensor Voice Prompts: Turn sensor voice prompts on/off
  • Panel Voice Prompts: Turn panel voice prompts on/off
  • Safety Sensor Voice Prompts: Turn safety sensor voice prompts on/off
  • Siren Annunciation: Enable/Disable audible voice siren annunciation
