View user codes

GoSafer Security Knowledge Base

This operational reference is organized for GoSafer Security customers and staff. Alarm.com product names are retained where required for technical accuracy.

Overview

User codes for residential accounts can be viewed using the Customer app and GoSafer Security customer portal.

Procedure

View user codes using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [Menu].
3. Tap Users.

If your account is using Access Control, tap User Access, then tap Users.

1. Tap More.

In More Options, tap Show user codes.

Note: To hide user codes, tap More, then tap Hide User Codes in More Options.

View user codes using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Users.

If your account is using Access Control, click User Access, then click Users.

1. Click More, then click Show user codes.

Note: To hide user codes, click More, then click Hide user codes.
