The Smoke Sensor Not Reset trouble condition indicates a system smoke sensor was activated, but the condition has not yet cleared from the servers.

Procedure

To remove this trouble condition

  1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).

On the Home page, click Alerts and Issues.

In Alerts & Issues, locate Smoke Sensor Must Be Reset (Sensor Name), then click Remove Alert.
