Remotely change 2GIG GoControl panel settings

Change some of your panel settings using the app including beeps, chimes, and temperature display format.

Procedure

Compatible panel settings can be changed using the Alarm.com app.
Note: If these options are not available, contact your service provider for more information.
To change panel settings:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap Security System.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap the setting to be configured.
- Tap the desired value.
- Tap Save.
Compatible panel settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Silence Trouble Beeps at Night | If this feature is enabled then trouble conditions such as AC loss system low battery RF low battery fail to communicate cell radio faults will not be audible between the hour of 10 pm and 9 am. For UL 985 installations, this feature must be disabled. |
| Temperature Display | Select if the temperature is displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius |
| Closing Acknowledgement Sound | Enable or disable the sound for an arming acknowledgment at the end of the exit delay |
| Data and Time Format | Select the format date and time format |
