Change the temperature display on the Smart Thermostat to Celsius or Fahrenheit

Overview
The Alarm.com Smart Thermostat (Smart Thermostat HD, ADC-T2000, and ADC-T3000) displays temperature based on the system's account settings. Note: Changing the display unit on the Smart Thermostat using the Alarm.com app or GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com) will also change the temperature unit displayed on the Alarm.com app and GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).

Procedure
To change the display unit on the Smart Thermostat using the Alarm.com app
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap [Menu].
- Tap Account Management.
- Tap System Information.
Using the Temperature Units dropdown menu, select the desired temperature display unit.
- Tap Update. Allow a few minutes for the temperature unit displayed on the thermostat to adjust.
To change the display unit on the Smart Thermostat using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Settings.
- Click Account Management.
- Click System Information.
Using the Temperature Units dropdown menu, select the desired temperature display unit.
- Click Update. Allow a few minutes for the temperature unit displayed on the thermostat to adjust.
To change the display unit on the Smart Thermostat locally at the thermostat
Important: This option is only available for the Smart Thermostat HD and ADC-T3000. To change the temperature display on the ADC-T2000, see the steps above.
To change the display unit on the Smart Thermostat HD
- Tap the thermostat screen.
- Tap [Menu].
In User Settings, tap Temperature Units.
- Select the desired temperature units and tap Save.
To change the display unit on the ADC-T3000
- Press the [Minus] button on the ADC-T3000.
- Select SETTINGS.
- Select USER.
- Select F/C.
- Select F or C.
