Overview

Video Usage shows the system's current video storage as well as the amount of of video uploaded for the month.

Procedure

To check video usage

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Video.
3. Click Saved Video Clips. Monthly Clip Limit and Oldest Clip Uploaded are listed at the bottom of the page.

On either Monthly Clip Limit or Oldest Clip Uploaded, click [Help] to view more details. For more information about how storage works, see What happens when an account's video clip online storage limit is reached?.

If you have questions about your video usage, contact your service provider for further assistance.
