Procedure

The Saved Video page on the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com) and Alarm.com app can be viewed in multiple formats (e.g., grid view or list view).

To change the saved video view layout on the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com):

  1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Saved Video Clips.
  4. Click Grid View for grid view or List for list view.

  5. While in grid view, click the Clip details toggle switch to show clip descriptions under each clip.

To change the saved video view layout on the Alarm.com app:

Note: Alarm.com app support for grid view requires iOS app version 5.14.1+ and Android app version 5.11.1+. For iPad devices on all iOS app versions, grid view is the only available layout option.

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Video.
  3. Tap Saved.
  4. Tap Grid View for grid view or List for list view.
