You can opt-out from promotional in-app notifications (e.g., Upsell Offers, etc.) using the Alarm.com app or GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).

Procedure

To opt-out of in-app notifications using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [More Options].
3. Tap Login Information.
4. Tap Communication Preferences.

Use the toggle switch to disable the desired notifications.
