Create a new Enterprise group

This operational reference is organized for GoSafer Security customers and staff. Alarm.com product names are retained where required for technical accuracy.

Overview

A new Enterprise group can be created if your account is not yet associated to a group.

Procedure

To create the first Enterprise group

1. Log into the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Multi-Location Management.
4. Click Continue to begin creating a new Enterprise group.
5. Click to select if other systems are going to be associated with the new Enterprise group, then click Continue.
6. Enter a name for the Enterprise group, then click Continue.
7. Select the Enterprise group logins that should have administrator roles for the group, then click Finish.

To create an additional Enterprise group

1. Log into the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Manage Groups.
3. Click Add Enterprise Group.
4. Enter the desired name for the Enterprise group, then click Save.
5. Select the Enterprise group logins that should have administrator roles for the group, then click Finish.
