Protect a video clip

Overview

Video clips can be protected from automatic, manual, or accidental deletion.

Procedure

On Android OS devices

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [Video].
3. Tap Saved.

Long press on a clip to select it.

To select multiple clips for bulk actions, tap [Grey Circle Checkmark], then tap to select the desired clips.

1. Tap [Options].
2. Tap Protect.

On iOS devices

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [Video].
3. Tap Saved.

Long press on a clip to select it.

To select multiple clips for bulk actions, tap Select, then tap to select the desired clips.

1. Tap [Lock].
