Export panel slot number for a system

Overview

The panel slot numbers report is a downloadable.csv file that shows all users associated with the system. This is useful for keeping personal records of users in a system.

Procedure

To export panel slot numbers using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [Menu].
3. Tap Account Management.
4. Tap User Slot Management.
5. Tap Export.

To export panel slot numbers using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Account Management.
4. Click User Slot Management.
5. Click Export.
