Overview

Users can request on demand still snapshots from cameras and video device.

Procedure

To request a video snapshot

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Video.

Mouse over the desired video device, then click [Peek In] to take a snapshot.
