Overview

Users can record on demand video clips from cameras and video device.

Procedure

To take a video recording using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap Video.

On the desired video device, tap [Play].

1. Tap [Record Video].

To take a video recording using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Video.

Mouse over the desired video device view, then click [Request Recording].
