This operational reference is organized for GoSafer Security customers and staff. Alarm.com product names are retained where required for technical accuracy.

Overview

Cards displayed on the GoSafer Security customer portal and app, such as Panel, Sensors, and Recent Activity, can be rearranged based on your preferences.

Procedure

To rearrange cards on the Android app

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app on an Android device.

In Home, flick to scroll to the bottom, then tap Edit Dashboard.

  1. Tap Edit Home Screen.
  2. Tap and drag [Reorder] on the cards to move into the desired order.

Note: In Dashboard Cards, tap [Circle Dash] to hide a card. In Hidden Cards, tap [Circle Add] to add a card.

  1. Tap [Check] to apply all changes.

To rearrange cards on the iOS app

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app on an iOS device.

In Home, flick to scroll to the bottom, then tap Edit Dashboard.

  1. Tap Edit Home Screen.
  2. Tap and drag [Reorder] on the cards to move into the desired order.

Note: In Dashboard Cards, tap [Circle Dash] to hide a card. In Hidden Cards, tap [Circle Add] to add a card.

  1. Tap Save to apply all changes.

To rearrange cards on the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

  1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).

In Home, click [Settings].

Drag the cards into the desired order, or click Hide to hide a card from the Home page if applicable.

  1. Click Save.

Note: If you do not see cards on your home page for devices you have, contact your service provider.
