Change language preference

This operational reference is organized for GoSafer Security customers and staff. Alarm.com product names are retained where required for technical accuracy.

Overview

User language preferences change the language of the website and the user's notifications.

Procedure

To change the language preference for system users

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Users.
3. Click the desired user name to edit.
4. Click Language Preference.
5. Click to select the desired language for notifications.
6. Click Save.

To change the language preference for a login

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com) with the login to be edited.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Login Information.
4. Click Language Preference.

Use the dropdown menu to select the new language preference.

1. Click Save.
