Delete a login

Overview

Deleting unused website and app logins helps keep the system secure.

Procedure

To delete a login

Note: Deleting a secondary login that was created through linked logins will remove access to the current account, but it will not delete the login. For more information on linked logins, see How can multiple account systems be linked?.

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Users.
3. Click Manage Logins.
4. Click [Delete] for the login name to be deleted.

If the delete option does not display, your login may not have permissions for login management. Contact the user with access to the primary login to remove a login.

Note: The primary login cannot be deleted and deleted logins cannot be recovered. If the primary login name or email address needs to be updated, see Change a login name or Change an email address.
