Procedure
To opt-out of in-app notifications using the Alarm.com app
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap [More Options].
- Tap Login Information.
- Tap Communication Preferences.
Use the toggle switch to disable the desired notifications.
- Tap Save.
To opt-out of in-app notifications using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Settings.
- Click Login Information.
- Click Communication Preferences.
Use the toggle switch to disable the desired notifications.
