Change the name of an energy monitoring device

Overview

Systems with multiple energy devices can be more easily managed with customized device names.

Procedure

Change the name of an energy monitoring device

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Activity.
3. Click Energy Usage.
4. Click Settings & Bill Information.
5. Click Manage Energy Devices.
6. Click the energy monitoring device to be edited.

In the Device Name field, enter the desired name for the device.

1. Click Save.
