Overview
Visual Verification is a feature the monitoring station uses to verify a system that is in an alarm state. The monitoring station operator can: For accounts that have Visual Verification enabled, there is the option to select which devices the monitoring station uses for Visual Verification. If a device is deselected, monitoring station operators can no longer view any events from those devices or their live streams.

Procedure
To select devices for Visual Verification using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Settings.
- Click Monitoring Station.
- Click Video Monitoring Setting.
In Visual Verification, click to select the devices that allow Visual Verification.
- Click Save.
