Remove a video device

Overview

Most Alarm.com video devices (e.g., cameras, Video Servers, SVRs, etc.) can be removed from an account using the app or website.

Procedure

To remove a video device using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [Menu].
3. Tap Manage Devices.
4. Tap [More Options] next to the desired video device.

In Actions, tap [Delete].

1. Tap Delete.

To remove a video device using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Manage Devices.
4. Click [More Options] next to the desired video device.
5. Click Remove Device.
6. Click Remove.
