Procedure
To disable automatic login for a device using the Alarm.com app
Log in to the Alarm.com app.
Tap [Menu].
Tap Login Information.
Tap Lost Device.
Using the Disable Automatic Login to this Account for dropdown menu, select the login to be disabled.
Tap Save.
To disable automatic login for a device using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
Click Settings.
Click Login Information.
Click Lost Device.
Using the Disable Automatic Login to this Account for dropdown menu, select the login to be disabled.
Click Save.
To log out all devices using the Alarm.com app
Important: It is required to change your password for this method.
Log in to the Alarm.com app.
Tap [Menu].
Tap Login Information.
Tap Password.
Enter information in the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password fields.
Tap to select Log out all devices.
Tap Save.
To log out all devices using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
Important: It is required to change your password for this method.
Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
Click Settings.
Click Login Information.
Click Password.
Enter information in the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password fields.
Click to select Log out all devices.
Click Save.
