Lock/unlock a door lock

Overview

Door locks can be locked and unlocked from the website and the app.

Procedure

To lock or unlock a door lock using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.

In the Locks card, tap the desired lock or tap [Details] for a list of locks.

1. Tap [Locked] Lock or [Lock Unlocked] Unlock to toggle the state of the selected lock.

To lock or unlock a door lock using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).

In the Locks card, click the desired lock or click [Details] for a list of locks.

1. Click [Locked] Lock or [Lock Unlocked] Unlock to toggle the state of the selected lock.
