Delete a system user code

Procedure
To delete a system user using the Alarm.com app
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap [Menu].
- Tap Users.
- Tap [More Options] for the user to be deleted
- Tap [Delete] Delete.
- Tap Delete to confirm that you want to delete the user and all of the addresses associated with it.
To delete a system user using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Users.
- Click [More Options] for the user to be deleted
- Click [Delete] Delete.
- Click Delete User to confirm that you want to delete the user and all of the addresses associated with it.
To delete multiple system users using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
Important: This feature is only available for Commercial accounts.
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Users.
- Click More.
- Click Bulk Actions.
- Click to select the desired users to be deleted.
- Click [Delete].
In Confirm Bulk User Deletion, click Delete.
To remove a user's security system access using the Alarm.com app
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap [Menu].
- Tap Users.
- Tap [More Options] for the user to be deleted.
- Tap [Edit] Edit.
- Tap Panels.
On the Device Access page, tap the toggle switch to disable the access points that the user code should no longer have access to.
- Tap Save.
To remove a user's security system access using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Users.
- Click [More Options] for the user to be deleted.
- Click [Edit] Edit.
- Click Panels.
On the Device Access page, click the toggle switch to disable the access points that the user code should no longer have access to.
- Click Save.
