Procedure
To change the account primary email address using the Alarm.com app
Log in to the Alarm.com app using the primary login of the account.
Tap [Menu].
Tap Login Information.
Tap Email Address.
Enter the new email address in the Email Address field.
In the Current Password field, enter your current password.
Tap Save.
To change the account primary email address using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com) using the primary login of the account.
Click Settings.
Click Login Information.
In Login Information, click Email Address.
Enter the new email address in the Email Address field.
In the Current Password field, enter your current password.
Click Save.
