## Procedure

Can I control devices while my device is locked?

Yes. Android devices using version 13+ allow certain device types to be controlled without unlocking the device. The ability to control devices while the device is locked is enabled by default and allows non-secure actions to be controlled from the lock screen.

Caution: Enabling control for secure actions (e.g., controlling locks, garage doors, etc) may create security vulnerabilities for their property.

### To enable or disable Device Controls from the lock screen

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap \[More Options\].
3. Tap Device Controls.
4. Tap to select the desired linked system (if applicable).

Use the toggle switches to enable or disable control for the desired devices from the lock screen.

Can I use Quick Access Device Controls alongside linked systems or Enteprise systems?

Yes. Logins with access to multiple systems can enable Quick Acess Device Controls with up to five systems or up to 5 Enterprise systems.
