Overview

A list of the all the system's sensors can be viewed from the GoSafer Security customer portal.

A list of all the system's sensors can be viewed using the Alarm.com app or GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).

Sensors with Sensor Activity Monitoring (SAM) enabled can be viewed using the Alarm.com app and GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com). For more information about sensor statuses, see View current sensor activity.

To view all system sensors using the Alarm.com app:

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap More options.
3. Tap Manage Devices.

Note: Sensor names and device settings can be updated by tapping More options. 

To view all system sensors using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com):

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Manage Devices.

Note: Sensor names and device settings can be updated by clicking More options.
