Procedure
To change the device name on the Amazon Alexa app
Note: Updating a name within the Amazon Alexa app does not update the device name on Alarm.com.
Open the Amazon Alexa app.
Tap [Amazon Devices].
Tap the device you would like the rename.
Tap Edit Name.
Enter a new name.
Tap Return or Done on the keyboard or tap a different area of the screen to save the changes.
