Overview
Push notifications for Enterprise Groups can be enabled to deliver real-time alerts directly to mobile devices. Push notification recipients can be customized based on their group level (e.g., region, specific location, etc.) ensuring the right teams receive critical updates. By integrating push notifications into the app, customers can streamline group communications, reduce reliance on SMS and email, and enjoy an enhanced in-app experience.

Procedure
To rename or delete a Push Device using the Alarm.com app
Log in to the Alarm.com app.
Select the specific group-level.
Tap [More Options].
Tap Users or Users Access.
Tap [Options] next to the desired Push Device, then tap [Edit].
To rename the Push Device
Tap [Edit] next the to the device name.
Enter the desired first and last names for the device, then tap Save.
To delete the Push Device, tap Delete User.
To rename or delete a Push Device using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
Select the specific group-level.
Click Users or Users Access.
Click [Options] next to the desired Push Device, then click [Edit].
To rename the Push Device
Click [Edit] next the to the device name.
Enter the desired first and last names for the device, then click Save.
To delete the Push Device, click Delete User.
