Procedure
To open or close a gate using the Alarm.com app
Log in to the Alarm.com app.
Tap Gates.
Tap Open to open the gate.
Tap Close to close the gate.
Tap Send to confirm the command.
To open or close a gate using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
In the Gates card, click [Gate Open] or [Gate Closed].
Click Open or Close.
