A Monitoring Station, also known as an Alarm Monitoring Center, Central Station, or Central Monitoring Station, takes the signals forwarded from Alarm.com and dispatches to the proper authorities.

Procedure
To manage monitoring station settings using the Alarm.com app
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap [Menu].
- Tap Monitoring Settings.
To manage monitoring station settings using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
- Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
- Click Settings.
- Click Monitoring Station.
