# Create/edit a group Not open on time notification

## Overview
A not open on time notification can notify users if the system was not disarmed during the arrival hours specified at any of the properties in the group.
## Procedure
### To create/edit a group Not open on time notification using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)
1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
### Using the Locations dropdown menu, select the desired group.
1. Click Notifications.
### To edit the notification, click \[Edit\] for the not open on time notification.
### If the notification has not been created
1. Click New Notification.
2. Click Business.
3. Click Not open on time.
4. Enter the desired name for the notification rule.
5. Click to select Not Opened on Time.
In Recipients, click Add to add notification recipients.
1. Select the entries in the Address Book that are to be notified, or click New to add a new address book entry.
2. Click Close.
3. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
4. Click Save.
