Add/remove a Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener

Overview

The Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Openers can be added or removed through the customer app or GoSafer Security customer portal.

Procedure

To add a Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener device using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app
2. Tap [More Options].
3. Tap Add Device.
4. Tap Garage Door.
5. Tap Nice Garage Door Controller.
6. Tap Next.
7. Enter the email address and password associated with the Nice G.O. account, then tap Sign In.

Note: It may take several minutes before the device(s) appear on the account.

To add a Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener device using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com)

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Manage Devices.
4. Click Add Device.
5. Click Garage Door.
6. Click Nice Garage Door Controller.
7. Click Next.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the device installation.

To remove a Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener device using the Alarm.com app

1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
2. Tap [More Options].
3. Tap Manage Devices.
4. Tap [Options] next to the device.
5. Tap Device Settings.
6. Tap Unlink Account.

To remove a Nice Linear Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener device using the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com):

1. Log in to the GoSafer Security customer portal (powered by Alarm.com).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Manage Devices.
4. Click [Options] next to the device.
5. Click Device Settings.
6. Click Unlink Account.
