Use Activity when you want to answer
Who armed or disarmed the system?
When was a door, lock, or garage device used?
Did the event that should have triggered a notification actually occur?
Was a device command completed or unsuccessful?
When did a trouble condition begin?
Basic steps
Open the app.
Tap Activity or the activity icon.
Use available filters to narrow the events.
Tap an event to view additional detail when available.
Record the date, time, and device name before contacting support.
