Use Activity when you want to answer
- Who armed or disarmed the system?
- When was a door, lock, or garage device used?
- Did the event that should have triggered a notification actually occur?
- Was a device command completed or unsuccessful?
- When did a trouble condition begin?
Basic steps
- Open the app.
- Tap Activity or the activity icon.
- Use available filters to narrow the events.
- Tap an event to view additional detail when available.
- Record the date, time, and device name before contacting support.
